On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a self-driven and operational Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short-term consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment involves a clear end-to-end responsibility for recruiting sales insurance advisors in a fast-paced environment with many parallel recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to hiring. The role involves independently managing several parallel recruitment processes under high volume pressure. You will create and publish job advertisements, ensure an efficient recruitment flow, and continuously work to meet the organization's recruitment needs. The role also includes close collaboration with hiring managers, where you act as an advisor throughout the process and contribute your recruitment expertise in both requirement setting and decision-making.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with recruitment experience, preferably in volume recruitment or sales profiles. You are self-driven and confident in managing your own processes and can quickly adapt to new organizations and work operationally from day one. You possess strong interviewing skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling many interviews and parallel processes without compromising quality. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude. You are motivated by an environment where sales and service are in focus and have a good ability to understand and meet both candidates' and the organization's needs in a professional and engaged manner.

This is a consulting assignment for approximately three months starting in February. You will be offered a dynamic and professional working environment in northern Stockholm, where initiative, proactivity, and personal responsibility are highly valued.
